IDRBind is a protein interface predictor for binding sites of intrinsically disordered protein regions (IDRs), ranging from peptide motifs (i.e., short linear motifs) to molecular recognition features (MoRFs).

Upload the protein(s) coordinates in standard PDB file format. See Documentation or input files of completed examples in Queue. E.g.: https://idrbind.msl.ubc.ca/job/75e55c11-f73a-423c-a2e9-77e34d422932 https://idrbind.msl.ubc.ca/job/5d114686-8e57-48d8-8aae-c3015187a7dc
Sequence file in the FASTA format labeled with matching chain ID (see Documentation).
Specify one or more protein chains matching those found in the PDB file (e.g. AB).
